So what if it is already past a few days into the New Year? Shall we still have a New Year’s party? We say YES! It’s never late too late for a party!

On 28 January 2009, Expenditure Accounting (Accounting & Analysis), an arm of Finance Support Services Division (FSS), celebrated the arrival of the year 2010 by having an in-house party. Armed with a small budget that each of us chipped in, yet a lot of determination, we worked together to make it a half-day of joyous celebration.
